Target had great sales.  I printed of coupons before I went from their website for things I was interested in.  I got free papermate pens 10 pk after coupon.  I got mens jeans $1.74 after coupon. Kids jeans $2.34 after coupon.  Mens graphic shirt $7 after coupon.    I need to go back they had more things I needed on clearnce but ran out of time!  Go check it out.

Today I went to CVS.  I walked in with $21 in coupons!  I was able to get 2 pro health toothpaste, 1 pro health mouth wash, 5 boxes of cereal, 4 boxes poptarts, 20 pks of gum, 2 pkgs of wisp, 2 pkgs of almonds, 1 bag peppermints,  3 deoderants, 1 pkg of Kotex,  and 2 bottles of Blade body spray.  I paid $41 and got $9 extra bucks to use my next visit.  They had some great sales this week.  I was proud of what all I got :) I saved over $49.

Bought 4 pairs of shoes for $11.31!!!!

Had to share my trip to Childrens Place.  I found the cutest shoes for Alex.  They were regularly $14.50 each pair.  Some of them were $1.49 each and some were $4.99.  I bought 4 pairs and got multiple sizes for him to grow into.  He loves them!

Also found great bargains at Osh Kosh.com.  They had extra 20% of clearance items plus an extra 20% off total over $40.  I paid $14 for one shirt but got 2 more free.  I ended up getting 6 shirts, 2 shorts and a pair of sandals for $41.  Use coupon code FUN4U to recieve the extra 20% off total.

Aeropostale I found shirts for Ariel for $3.99 and shorts for Aaron $10

In Charlotte Russe I found Ariel a semi formal she had her eye on for a while.  It was $45 but we paid $10 and got a super cute shirt.  Got them both for $20!!  Now she's ready for her next dress up affair and I don't have the stress of finding her something I can afford at the last minute :)

CVS Bargains This Week

Today I was able to get 5 2Liter cokes, 5 boxes Puffs tissue, mascara, fingernail polish, Venus razor, and a large bottle of Pro Health Crest mouthwash.  I paid $12! I was able to have a $54 savings.  I also received $4 extracare bucks to use next week.

This week's bargain update.

I have done a lot of shopping lately at Publix.  I also hit Kroger this week.  I'm mostly trying to look for BOGO sales and the 10 for $10 items.  Then I will match up my coupons to all of these items.  Look online at the store website and you can find store coupons to use with the manufacter ones.

Don't for get you're allowed to use a store coupon and a manufacter coupon per item.  Doing this is when you get the best savings.

Today I went to Rite Aid.  I bought 3 tubes of Pro Health Crest Toothpaste. Each tube was reg $4.49.  They were onsale for $2.99.  I got $2 register rewards on each tube making them 99cents.  Then I used $1.50 coupon on each tube.  So I made 51cents on each tube!!!!! :)

I also bought 4 boxes of cereal.  They were on sale used previous weeks register rewards and manufacter coupons.  I got them for less than $1 each!! 

If I can plan carefully hopefully I want be paying very much for groceries or household items.  We'll see how it goes :)

Saved $115 at Publix

I had an awesome trip to Publix last night.  I saved $115 and spent $91!!  I got a lot of stuff.  My $50 gas card and two packages of pull-ups alone would've cost me $90 reg price.  I was able to get a whole lot more than that.  They're having a B1G1 sale plus I had a lot of great coupons.  I was also able to stack manufacter coupons with the store coupons.  That was extra helpful.

I purchased:  2 pks of noodles, gal of milk, 2 boxes Ghiradelli Brownies, 12 yoplait yogurts, 2 bags lays potato chips, 2 pkgs of 22 bags of chips, 2 boxes capri suns,  24 ears of corn, 2 Voila meals, 2 steam fresh bags of corn, 4 boxes of cereal, $50 gas card, and 2 pkgs of 26 pull-ups.

Here is what I did:  I had multiple coupons for steamfresh, yopait, pull-ups, potato chips,  lays multipack of chips.  Also used store coupons for gas card, pull-ups and steamfresh.

The best thing that happened was they had a clearance sign beside the pull-ups for $15.99 instead of $19.99.  I used two $5.00 store coupons and two $3.00 coupons for this purchase.   When the cashier finished ringing everything up I noticed pull-ups rang for $19.99 each.  Took my receipt to manager at service desk.  He went to get price check on clearance sign.  Someone had made a mistake and left the sign there, it should have been taken down.  Because the sign was there they were required to let me have it at $15.99.  Plus the gave me the Publix promise and gave me one of the packages free!  So with my combined coupons for this item I was able to get one package for $8 and the other I made $8.00!!!! I'm super excited these are the cheapest pull-ups I have ever bought :)  If I had known this would happen I would have wiped the shelf out and bought all of the packs!!  I still had more coupons I could use :)

Hope yall can have the same kind of success I had tonight.  I had $10 Kohls Cash expiring tomorrow so I decided to use it today.  I got $332 worth of clothes for $43!!!!! That made me SUPER excited.  I got a lot of good stuff.  One of my items was a $55 mans shirt for $4.

Paid $9 for a $30 bottle of Claritin!!! :)

My patience paid off on this one.  I have been searching for a good deal on Claritin.  I really did not want to have to pay $30 for it!  I found a lot of things in the Rite Aid sale paper that we needed and I had coupons for all of the items I bought.  It thing I bought was on sale + I got the UP reward on my receipt.  I paid for all those items first and collected all my UP rewards on the receipt.  Then I purchased the Claritin.  Claritn was $30 for 60 tablets.  I used the $4 in store coupon, $7 coupon from Sunday's paper, plus the $10 UP rewards.  So I paid $9.27!!!  :)  :)

Saved $70 dollars today!

CVS was a little disappointing this week as far as earning more extra bucks.  But, I did manage to come out great on some sales and using coupons and extra bucks from last week.  I did earn $10 this week and used it on a second purchase for today.

I have a great plan with lots of coupons and rewards at rite aid planned.  I hope I can make it there tomorrow.  I have a long list but fully intend on saving a lot of money.

Today's Sweep

Today I went to Kohls to use my free $50 gift card from Mypoints.  (You can find the link in an earlier blog) I got $189 worth of clothes.  Used my extra 30% off I received in the mail + my $50 gift card.  I paid $4.35 out of pocket.  In return I got a $10 Kohl's cash to use later!

Also went to Christopher and Banks at the mall.  Shopped on the 70% of racks. I paid $41 for two pairs of jeans and a skirt.  Reg price would've been $149. 

Pretty satisfied with today's trip :)

My CVS Sweep!!!

Today I went to CVS.  I bought 3 12pks of Coke, and 5 2 liters.  After sale prices and coupons I paid $2 out of pocket and received another $5 extra bucks back! (Regular prices would've been $27.63)

Then in a second transaction I bought 3 clorox wipes, 2 boxes sos pads 3 containers +3 refills of cottonelle flushable wipes, and $18.50 worth of facial cleansers.  I paid $28.24 + got back $10 extra bucks for my next trip. (Reg prices would've been $66.52)  I used the $5 extra bucks I got from the coke purchase + $5 I printed off my email.

Pretty satisfied with my purchases this week.  Let's see what I can get with my $10 Kohls cash + the $50 gift card I got for free!!  :)

Got my gift card in the mail!!!

I got my gift card in the mail this week.  I earned a $50 gift card and didn't spend a penny!  All I did was look at emails from mybonuspoints and collected points.  Then I cashed my points in for a gift card of my choice.  I choose Kohls but they have many others to choose from.  This was very easy and painless!

I got a sneek peak at CVS ad for this coming week.  This will be a big week for me to stock up on a few items I'm always needing and they will be on sale plus get the extra care bucks back for them.  I'm looking through my coupon notebook now then think through my purchases to get it as cheap as possible.  I also got a extra $5 I can use I printed off from an email CVS sent me.  I'm expecting to find great things this week!

$1 finds at Walmart

Walmart has a great clearance rack in the baby department.  I bought some beautiful dresses for gifts for $1 each.  They have a lot of other stuff on the rack also.  Sorry there are no more dresses I got all they had!  This was the Walmart on Lexington Rd.

CVS Deals

CVS has some great sales this week.  Unfortunatly they were out of the free mouthwash I had $4 in extra coupons for so it would have been a $4 money maker!  But I did find some other great things......

I bought soft soap body wash Paid 2.99 got $2 extra bucks back plus used my CVS coupon I got 2 weeks a go for $1.50 off.  so I really made $.51 on that purchase.

I also bought Acnefree Sports Set ...... Reg price was $21 it was half off  for $10.50 then I used a $3.00 coupon so I paid $7.50 (Sorry I got the last one if you shop at my CVS)

Bought 2 tubes Crest toothpaste $3.29 each and got back $3.29 each extra bucks( So both of them were free)


My total purchases today would've been $57.91 but after coupons and extra bucks I paid $17.80.  I purchased a few other items not listed above.  I made my purchases in two different transactions.  I suggest paying for all the items that give extra bucks back first.  Then make another purchase and use the extra bucks on the first reciept to pay for the second purchase.

Paid 28 CENTS for a $32 pair of jeans!!!!!

Went to Kohls today with a 30% off coupon.  Both items I got were on clearance plus I got the extra 30% off.  I got a $32 pair of jeans for 28 cents and a &70 coat for $14!  Pretty happy with that.

Now to get online and find Ariel a swim suit with my coupon before it expires.

Half Price

It's that time again.... time to hit the stores for valentine cards for next year, stuffed animals to send to Operation Christmas Child or just to give as a gift to someone.  I always stock up on these things the day after a holiday.

Shopping with Ariel Today

Today's bargain was at Christopher and Banks.  I got 2 skirts, 1 sweater, and 1 shirt.  Regular Price would have been $188.32.  I paid $9.20 after I used my $25 gift card I got for Christmas.  I'm pretty excited about this find!

CVS Deals

Today I ran by CVS my focus was on things I had coupons for and could receive extra bucks.  I also snagged a coupon for $5 off $20 purchase.   I was able to buy $76 worth of stuff for $30.  Not my best shopping at CVS but it was still pretty awesome!

FUN TIME TODAY

I haven't done any shopping in a couple of days.  I did have a lot of fun bowling with my family today.  My youngest cracked us up with all his crazy faces he would make when he got a gutter ball.  None of us are great at bowling but we enjoyed being together.

Yesterday's Totals for Savings!

So I added up everything in my $2 goody bags from Michael's.  I bought 3 so that $6 spent.  I had a $165 worth of stuff in those bags!  Some of it I will take to my class at the school.  Some of it will be used at church, some used at home and some will be gifts.

Target I spent $21.35 and it really would have cost $96.30.

Today I went to CVS and spent $17.46.  It would have cost $62.06.  For this price I bought 5 12pks of coke, 4 large tubes of Pro Health Crest toothpaste, and a large bottle of  Pro Health Mouthwash.  Feeling pretty good about this weeks savings. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money switching to the Pro Health series but fortunately I found a way around it.

Today's Deal

I got to run by Target today and purchased $40 converse shoes for Aaron for $10.  Also I checked out the toys on the 50%-75% off aisle and found some great toys.  The ones I bought were 75% off and paid $4.98 each.  One of the toys I bought would be great for a group of kids to play. The other will be fun for one child or a group.  I plan on using both of these for activites at church for the kids. Then, I ran over to Michaels and what did I find?  Right there at the front door they had $2 Christmas grab bags!!! WHOO HOOO.....I can't wait for my van to make it home so I can dig in them and find out what goodies I got.  I was able to peep in a little bit at the store and could see through the bag a little.  I'll have to let you know what the goodies are tomorrow :)

Well I'm sure there's not anyone out shopping!  I did hike out to the stop sign at Joy Baptist to pick up our other child Caitlyn.  But, I guess we will be stuck at home for a while.  When I get out though I do plan on making a trip to CVS.  I go there a lot using my extra bucks and coupons I get great deals.  This week I want to get 6 twelve packs of Pepsi products for $10!!

Gonna Give it a Try

I have had so many people want me to start a blog.  I'm always running across some sort of deal all the time.  This way I hopefully can share all my finds.  I quess I'll see how it goes.  So here is my first deals.

Most stores you can find Christmas items...(decorations, gift sets, candles, etc)  50-90% off.  Now is the time to get those gifts sets for people on your Christmas list for next year at very little cost.  This is always great if you have a place to store items you find at those bargain prices.

I got a pair of $80 boots on Saturday for $31 at JcPenny.  Selection is very limited since its the end of the season.  Most of the stores at the mall had a good sell on boots.

So I will do some research tomorrow and see what all I can come up with.  Hopefully I'll get the hang of this and it will become a very useful tool.  If anyone is looking for a certain item you can let me know and I will try to find a great deal for you.  We'll see how it goes!
